MaWSIG Events

Throughout the year MaWSIG holds events to share ideas, discuss challenges, showcase resources, debate best practice and provide the MaWSIG community with a professional development platform for all things connected with material writing, editing and publishing. A searchable archive of recordings of these events, along with certificates of attendance, are accessible to IATEFL MaWSIG members.

Visit the main IATEFL website to see up-coming events, and to register to join them.

IATEFL International Conference

The IATEFL International Conference each year includes many sessions in the academic programme of over 600 sessions which are focused on areas and topics related to materials development and publishing. Visit the Conference website for further information on attending the IATEFL International Conference.

IATEFL Themes Online Conference

The Themes Online Conference identifies some of the most talked-about, significant and provocative sessions from that year's IATEFL International Conference, and provides another opportunity to attend these sessions, this time online. The Themes Online Conference is free for IATEFL members to attend, and very low cost for non-members to join too, with a discount being offered to members of IATEFL Associate teaching associations.
